🍝 The Real Review: What I Ordered
The Fluke Crudo
The perfect, vibrant start to the evening. Light, incredibly fresh, and plated with absolute precision. A definite must-order.
The Lobster & Grilled Branzino
The seafood here is where the kitchen truly shines. The lobster was absolutely phenomenal—honestly, almost too good. Paired alongside the perfectly cooked grilled branzino, these proteins were the absolute highlight of the dinner.
The Bucatini
To be completely honest, while the seafood was unforgettable, the bucatini pasta fell a bit short for me. It was just average. With so many spectacular items on the menu, I would suggest saving your appetite for their stronger dishes!
🍸 The After Hours: Zero Bond
The best part about dining at Sartiano's is how effortlessly the night transitions. After our meal, we ended the evening by slipping into Zero Bond Wynn. Keep in mind, Zero Bond is a strictly private, members-only club, so you cannot just walk in. Luckily, I was able to tag along with a good friend who is a member!
If you can get in, sipping craft cocktails while overlooking the gorgeous Wynn Golf Club under the night sky is the ultimate way to cap off a Vegas night out.
